Mediterranean Cruise

A Weaving a Life Leader brought her Journey EarthLoom, also known as the Journey Loom, on a cruise on a two-masted wooden sailing yacht out of Turkey around the eastern Mediterranean. Her sister's birthday was the reason for the trip, and the leader asked everyone on board, including the crew, to contribute to a birthday weaving. Somehow they kept it a secret until the big day!

The leader is teaching a crew member how to weave. EarthLoom weaving is easy at any size, so everyone experienced success.

 

Each person contributed a few rows of weft to the weaving. Everyone enjoyed it, as you can see.

 

Some crew members took the weaving seriously, and were quite proud of the result.

 

The birthday girl was touched and delighted by the community weaving made especially (and secretly!) for her.
